This fellowship program was made possible by an endowed grant from the Mastercard Foundation to Queen’s University, commemorating Jim Leech, the former Chair of the Mastercard Foundation’s Board and Chancellor Emeritus (14th Chancellor) of Queen’s University. In 2014, Mr. Leech was named a Member of the Order of Canada for his contributions to pension innovation, financial literacy, and community service.
