Youth Engagement Focus at CEPPS

Youth engagement, classified for individuals aged 18-30, is a key priority for CEPPS. CEPPS encourages youth participation in democratic processes, amplifying leadership opportunities through a technical inclusion approach and the following guiding principles:

  1. Recognizing Youth Diversity: Youth populations are not homogenous, and programming is tailored to reflect their diverse identities and experiences.
  2. Collaborative Engagement: CEPPS includes youth voices at all stages of program design, employing consultative strategies and promoting political engagement across generations to build inclusive environments.
  3. Cross-Sectoral Integration: CEPPS actively connects youth to relevant decision-making and engagement pathways across varied sectors.
